Mikko Heikkinen and Markku Komonen are the most important architects in post-Aalto Finland. In twenty-five years of practice, they have designed numerous projects in their native Finland and throughout Scandinavia. Though their work has been widely published throughout Europe and in trade journals such as Architectural Review and Progressive Architecture, Heikkinen + Komonen is the first monographic presentation of their work.
